Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment strategy and lead a team of recruiters.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employer branding, optimize processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in:

  • Creating and executing division-specific hiring plans aligned with business growth
  • Building tailored hiring approaches for recurring roles and niche/senior positions
  • Representing the organization to top talent, owning hiring commitments, and delivering high-impact results
  • Driving recruiter output with measurable KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join, early attrition)
  • Setting clear team/individual targets with weekly reviews for accountability
  • Building a high-performance culture with on-time, quality closures
  • Ensuring strong alignment with business leaders and HR Ops for speed and fit
  • Strengthening sourcing for critical roles (Business Development, Creative leadership, Tech niche)
  • Building and maintaining talent pools for high impact roles
  • Leveraging multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn recruiter, industry networks, talent communities
  • Partnering with Internal Marketing to drive employer branding campaigns (LinkedIn, events, industry forums, showcases)
  • Positioning the company as an employer of choice in both Tech & Creative domains
  • Ensuring high candidate engagement and positive experience-even for declined applicants
  • Partnering with business leaders to forecast talent needs and workforce planning
  • Personally driving leadership-level hiring (sourcing, assessment, closures)
  • Advising leadership on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy
