Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will have expertise in full cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, HR analytics and learning and development.
Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, talent management, internship management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR projects.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can deliver results-oriented solutions and drive business outcomes.
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, interview coordination with partners, offer management and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews and analysis, pulse surveys, and new joiners feedback.
- Manage Internship Process
- Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement programs based on the company calendar.
- Learning & Development: Conducting HR/talent process sessions, conceptualizing, and planning soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take on HR projects in any talent focus area and plan and execute.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Ability to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have an excellent academic record and an MBA (HR) degree from a reputable university preferred.
