Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs.

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

It is essential to work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

A strong talent pipeline, market research, and effective recruitment databases are also crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and hire top talent to meet organizational workforce needs
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer management
  • Develop strategic recruitment solutions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases

Requirements:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Proficiency in candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
