Talent Acquisition and Strategy

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced professional to join its Human Resources team as a key player in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with our objectives and values.

About the Role

  • We manage a diverse workforce of approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy and contribute to the development of a comprehensive HR plan.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Talent Strategy Development:
  • Create, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term growth and business objectives.
Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Employee Development and Training:
  • Identify training and development needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and reduce turnover.
Succession Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • A Master's degree in HR or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
