Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in managing a portfolio of high-performing sellers on the Amazon marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, providing business insights, and developing growth plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, data analysis, and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer experiences. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas is also essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of top-performing sellers on the Amazon marketplace, providing guidance on best practices and business operations.
- Analyze relevant data to provide business insights, conduct deep dive analysis, and present data trends on seller performance and future opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth plans to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with internal stakeholders to unblock seller needs and fast-track processes.
- Build strong communication channels with sellers, set clear expectations, and manage towards growth plans, ensuring a great consumer experience.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on e-commerce and business development.
- Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas, with a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.
