The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for forging strong connections with Amazon's and Flipkart's top sellers, working together to drive mutual success.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to identify and qualify promising sellers, negotiate deals, and celebrate successful agreements. Your success will directly impact the growth and revenue of our platform, making you an integral part of our success story.
Key Responsibilities:- Uncover Customer Secrets: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and work with our team to create tailored experiences.
- Become a Category Mastermind: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and insights in e-commerce, and use this knowledge to drive category growth and expansion.
- Build Lasting Seller Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with top sellers on Amazon and Flipkart, and work collaboratively to drive business growth and revenue.
- Grow Our Seller Network: Identify and onboard new sellers, and work closely with them to ensure their success on our platform.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: You've got the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this role.
- Communication Master: You can clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Decoder: You're comfortable working with numbers and data to drive business decisions.
- Amazon & Flipkart Guru: You're an expert on these platforms, their seller systems, and advertising tools.
- Sales Superstar: You're confident in your ability to find new clients, set up meetings, and close deals.
- Team Player: You're able to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Problem Solver: You're a creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
