Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Strategist to join our team at Drip Capital. As a Business Development Strategist, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition in new markets and developing a growth strategy for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
  • Driving sales through new customer acquisition and delivering a % of overall revenue growth
  • Prospecting potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research
  • Serving as the key client contact on multiple accounts

You will be responsible for addressing complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A proven track record of results
  • Very high motivation and a self-starter attitude
  • Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and the location is Mumbai.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹50 lakhs per annum.
