Hector seeks a skilled Strategic Business Development Professional to join our team in Mumbai. This is a permanent position that comes with an estimated salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum.

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and Flipkart sellers. If you have 3-5 years of experience working with these platforms and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering customer secrets, becoming a category mastermind, building lasting seller partnerships, growing our seller network, and developing seller relationships. You will also need to work closely with the sales team to ensure the success of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Uncover Customer Secrets: Use your expertise to understand the needs of our sellers and work with the team to create amazing experiences.
  • Become a Category Mastermind: Deep dive into what makes a product category thrive and become a growth expert.
  • Build Lasting Seller Partnerships: Forge strong connections with top sellers on Amazon and Flipkart and work together for mutual success.
  • Grow Our Seller Network: Find promising sellers, qualify them to join, negotiate deals, and celebrate successful agreements.
  • Develop Seller Relationships: Become a go-to person for sellers, building connections and managing daily interactions to create long-term opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: You've spent some time working with Amazon and Flipkart, so you know the ropes.
  • Communication Master: You can clearly talk, write, and explain things to others.
  • Data Decoder: You're good at understanding numbers and using them to solve problems.
  • Sales Superstar: You're great at finding new clients, setting up meetings, and closing deals.
  • Team Player: You can work well with others and smoothly hand off clients to different teams.
