We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pharma Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at BioTalent Search Private Limited.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in the Pharma Engineering Consulting Services sector. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing business strategies, and managing overall sales activities. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Promote company services and offerings through effective marketing and communication strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in the Service Industry of Pharma Engineering Consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in generating sales reports, creating presentations, and utilizing digital tools for marketing.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
