Job Summary
Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a skilled Strategic Quality Systems Professional to join our team in India, working remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions. Your expertise in quality management systems, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities
* Develop detailed technical specifications that guide software application development and system integration
* Design solutions that fulfill business requirements, evaluating potential technical solutions for feasibility and cost-effectiveness
* Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements
* Assist in project management tasks, such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines and budget constraints

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related areaDemonstrated experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutionsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutionsTechnical Knowledge: Good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks, familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development tools beneficialCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versaCollaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, Digital professionals, and managementProject Management: Good knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practicesAttention to Detail: Precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectivesAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project prioritiesExperience with Salesforce, TrackWise Digital, and Veeva platform solutions, system integration, and data migration beneficialGood knowledge of ERP, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical systems, and operations
