Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research, including market visits and consumer insights analysis, to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Translate consumer insights into effective marketing campaigns and initiatives, designing and rolling out brand communication campaigns in coordination with country-based brand teams.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Monitor and measure campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-14 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the pharma sector.
  • Qualification: B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing or Pharma Management.
  • Therapy Preference: Revitalite division (prescription-based business), with consideration for candidates from other therapy areas like Gynae, Acute, Gastro, Ortho, GP, Pain management.
  • Industry Preference: Pharma.
  • Job Location: Sun House, Mumbai.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of ₹40-60 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
