As a key member of the Fuse Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving innovative marketing campaigns that accelerate both businesses and success. Your expertise in identifying mutually beneficial customer and partner propositions will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the ideation, execution, and analysis of campaigns to deliver best-in-class creative excellence.
  • Managing end-to-end project workflows, including stakeholder approvals, asset setup, and launch planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Working closely with partners across India to understand their customers, goals, and marketing approaches.
  • Developing efficient mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency and maximize offer discoverability.

About the Team:

The Fuse Partner Marketing team at Amazon distributes products and services through strategic partnerships, empowering 3P partners across India to resell consumer service offerings. As a key contributor, you will have a direct impact on end consumers and work collaboratively to drive results-oriented marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey results to stakeholders
  • Strong time-management skills and a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the telecom industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment
  • Experience in centralized marketing and consumer lifecycle management
  • Passion for video content (film and television)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
