Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers through effective lead generation, market penetration, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth need analysis and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Implement a customer-centric approach to upsell and cross-sell existing customers.
- Ensure timely issue resolution, provide excellent post-sales service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience or equivalent in a similar role.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability being essential.
- Excellent communication skills, basic English language proficiency.
