Job Title: Territory Expansion Specialist

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive revenue growth across new and existing customer accounts for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services in assigned territories.
  • Enhance Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify business opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services to meet client expectations, fostering a reputation for reliability and quality.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients in Kolkata, Haldia, Bardhaman, and Hooghly, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requirements, providing expert guidance and support across all services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts/orders effectively, leveraging market knowledge and industry expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence to inform business planning and strategy development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and territory expansion, with a strong understanding of data, voice, broadband, and fixed line services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong negotiation and contract closure skills, with experience working in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using technology to drive sales performance and efficiency.
