Key Responsibilities:
1. Outlet Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of existing outlets in the territory.
- Ensure proper product availability, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor staff performance and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid any stock-out or overstocking.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet condition and performance.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand compliance norms. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set for the territory.
- Monitor outlet-wise sales performance and take corrective actions if needed.
- Work closely with outlet managers to plan local promotions and increase footfall.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.

3. Lead Generation & Business Expansion
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners or locations for new outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, community leaders, and business prospects.
- Conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility of expansion in new localities.
- Prepare and present reports on new lead status to management. 4. Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between head office and outlets in the territory.
- Share regular performance updates, challenges, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, and lead generation. Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership with the ability to manage multiple outlets and teams.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics in Howrah & Midnapore.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Hospitality or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, QSR, Bakery, or Retail Operations.
- Prior experience in territory or area sales roles is preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
