**Job Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead business growth across Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services. The successful candidate will drive revenue expansion through new client acquisition and account development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve customer market share and revenue growth targets.
  • • Foster strong relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • • Negotiate and finalize contracts aligned with revenue goals.
  • • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment of solutions to client needs.
  • • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.

Key Deliverables
  • Drive Sales Growth:
  • • Achieve customer market share (CMS) and revenue market share (RMS) growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Achieve Customer Satisfaction:
  • • Ensure seamless solution delivery and installation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell:
  • • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize revenue and client value.
  • Maintain a Mature Sales Funnel:
  • • Maintain an active and mature sales funnel for all three lines of business (LoBs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales and business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
