We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in India.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in client management or relationship management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze client data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving skills to address client issues proactively and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
