The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through distribution in their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include establishing a strong distribution footprint, delivering sales targets for all products, and helping zones and circles achieve revenue targets. The role also involves monitoring quality of acquisition, tracking competition, and ensuring availability of stock at retail outlets.

Key Result Areas:

  • Establish a Best-in-Class distribution footprint and a strong promoter channel.
  • Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy.
  • Help zone and circle achieve Revenue targets by driving secondaries through Mass Retail distribution.
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • Competition Tracking & reporting – schemes & programs.
  • Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms.
  • Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
