Job Summary:
As a Sales Territory Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within a designated territory. Your role will involve driving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials.
• Conduct visits to educational institutions to generate leads and deliver product demonstrations.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and successfully close deals.
• Achieve specified sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and with priority.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication skills, Presentable and confident.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage time effectively.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently or within the team.
