Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the entire sales process for assigned accounts and products, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the features and benefits of competitor offerings.
- Conduct customer mapping to ensure accurate territory management and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets by maintaining existing business and developing new relationships.
- Ensure local and country business requirements are met while aligning with business unit goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Science or Management.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, written and oral, with additional languages a plus.
- Previous sales experience preferred, with a general knowledge of our product portfolio.

- Capacity to develop technical knowledge across a broad range of complex products.
- Solid understanding and application of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Possess an excellent eye for business.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel within territory approximately 70% of the time.
