Job Title: Senior Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:
Vodafone Idea Limited, an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone partnership, is seeking a Senior Sales Territory Manager to drive sales growth through distribution in the given territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing strong distribution networks and delivering sales targets.

About the Role:
The Senior Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution to attain market leadership in the territory. Key responsibilities include establishing a best-in-class distribution footprint, delivering sales targets for all products, and monitoring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel. Additionally, the role involves tracking competition schemes and programs, ensuring availability of stock at retail, and executing promotional activities for channel partners.

Key Performance Indicators:
The Senior Sales Territory Manager will be measured on achieving zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products, achieving retail expansion targets, and delivering distribution KPIs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The Senior Sales Territory Manager will be based in Mumbai and will report to the Sales Manager.
