Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Decimal Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be tasked with generating revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for collecting raised invoices, operating as the single point of contact for assigned customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collect raised invoices
  • Operate as the single point of contact for assigned customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Communicate client needs to internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinate with other channels to ensure consistent service
  • Service multiple clients concurrently

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • MBA from a reputable college
  • Business knowledge of Banking, including Assets and Liabilities
  • Strong connections in the industry
  • High comprehension capability and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates unrelenting follow-up capabilities

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
