Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Decimal Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be tasked with generating revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for collecting raised invoices, operating as the single point of contact for assigned customers, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Communicate client needs to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- MBA from a reputable college
- Business knowledge of Banking, including Assets and Liabilities
- Strong connections in the industry
- High comprehension capability and organizational skills
- Demonstrates unrelenting follow-up capabilities
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
