In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via webchat, email, or phone, while also resolving complex issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via webchat, email, or phone
  • Resolve complex customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of front-office experience in chat, email, or phone support
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts and rotational week-offs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
