About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using CRM software a plus.
- Knowledge of Utilities Industry: Familiarity with the utilities industry, including billing and metering processes.
