Customer Success Business Partner

About the Job:
We're seeking an ambitious Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at VComply, a leading provider of new-age GRC software. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, resolving queries, and implementing new programs to enhance revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
VComply is funded by top-tier investors, including Accel & CounterPart Ventures, and has received $8.5M in Series A funding. Our cloud-based GRC platform enables organizations to strengthen risk and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Oversee the onboarding & implementation process for new customers
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements
- Review customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
- Provide customers with regular updates and best practices
- Create knowledge base materials and supporting documents
- Analyze and report on key customer trends and product usage metrics
What We're Looking For:
- We welcome recent graduates or those with limited experience. Enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to learn are key.
- A related bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We're open to diverse educational backgrounds showing potential and interest in customer success.
- Good communication and presentation skills are a must, regardless of experience level.
