About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and expansion in international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze global markets to identify opportunities for expansion, utilizing market research techniques to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners, leveraging strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
- Create and implement business development plans to achieve growth targets, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and outcomes, providing regular reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on international markets, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
- Strong understanding of job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with global hiring trends and cultural dynamics, enabling effective communication and collaboration with international clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently, driving results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
