Our platform facilitates online bookings, scheduling, payments, and customer communications. Additionally, we offer a premium subscription service that includes advanced account management support and PPC campaign management.

Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Success Professional will be responsible for:
- Ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform by new customers;
- Providing tailored training and system walkthroughs to help clients get the most out of our platform;
- Supporting customers in setting up their business offerings within the platform (packages, pricing, territories, scheduling);
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and chat during business hours;
- Maintaining accurate customer management documentation;
- Assisting with customer reporting, particularly for premium-tier customers;
- Monitoring customer engagement and identifying opportunities to enhance platform usage;
- Offering general business guidance based on industry expertise (e.g., website optimization, marketing strategies).
This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handover process.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong ability to build meaningful relationships;
- An aptitude for learning new tools and platforms with training;
- A capability to create clear documentation and reports;
- An organized approach to managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously;
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn;
- Comfort working with small business owners and sole traders.

The successful candidate will work Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm UK time (approximately 1.30pm to 10.30pm IST).
