Job Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular phone calls and email correspondence
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and present sales reports and client presentations to showcase sales performance and achievements
Requirements

To succeed as a Tele Sales Executive at JBFS Engineering Systems Pvt. Ltd., you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry
  • A strong educational background, with a diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
