Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team at Unacademy Centre, Kolkata. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, recommending courses, delivering compelling sales presentations, and addressing customer concerns to close enrollments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify leads from a defined target audience.
  • Understand the unique needs of learners and recommend Unacademy's courses that align with their goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in overcoming objections and negotiating effectively to close enrollments.
  • Become proficient in using CRM tools to track leads and generate reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or counseling roles.
  • Proven B2C sales experience, preferably within the education or technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and consultative selling expertise.
