Job Title : Technical Customer Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Deliver high-quality customer support through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed
  • • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer-facing initiatives
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in customer support and related fields

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical operations, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and professionally

• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis

• Experience working with support ticketing systems, such as Jira Service Desk, and reporting/project configuration experience is a plus

• Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred
