Technical Support Specialist

This is a critical role that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide technical support to customers.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud technology, networking, EHR, EMR, Systems, and DICOM Communication configuration.
- The successful candidate will be able to lead planning and installation activities for Alcon connected products, coordinating with customer IT and commercial teams to ensure successful installation.
- Key requirements include an associate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or IT, or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. The ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders is also crucial.
Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to provide technical support, including repair, preventative maintenance, and upgrades on Alcon equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, achieve financial objectives, and promote Alcon services to customers.
