Help Desk Specialist Role

We seek an experienced technical support specialist to provide top-notch assistance in our 24x7 IT environment.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced troubleshooting skills, proficiency in configuring and maintaining various devices across Windows, Mac, and cloud platforms for multiple clients and their end-users.

You will deliver exceptional remote support, manage support tickets efficiently, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A strong background in Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting is required, along with effective documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows & Mac platforms, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to O365, Windows, Mac OS, networking, hardware, and software configurations.
  • Utilize remote support tools to connect to end-user devices, resolving issues efficiently and minimizing disruption.
  • Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting system-level problems for client devices and environments.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues with a focus on quality, efficiency, and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Manage and update support tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Helpdesk L2 Support, providing expert technical guidance.
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, Mac OS environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting remote support tools, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
  • Strong foundation in L1 to L2 support principles.
