We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to measure employee satisfaction
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a performance management framework to ensure accurate evaluation and development of employees
- Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and achieve goals
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist foundation
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
