Muthoot Fincorp is hiring a Zonal HR Business Partner for its Territory-I region. The role is based in Hyderabad, and we are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive talent acquisition and business partnering across the zone.

Job Description:

\

The ideal candidate will have experience of 8-12 years in overall HR with at least one significant stint (5+ years) in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector.

\

Key Responsibilities include:

\
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent, reduce hiring turnaround time, and enhance candidate experience.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires.\
  • Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs through recruitment data analysis.\
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle process from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit.\
  • Implement a strong sourcing strategy to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.\
  • Partner with zone leadership to develop and maintain manpower as per approved plans.\
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.\
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization.\
  • Address and resolve general employee queries within defined TAT.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support, and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles.\
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

\
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA in Human Resources.\
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices, statutory compliance, and labour laws.\
  • Proven leadership and people management experience with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams.\
  • Excellent communication skills fluency in Telugu and English is preferred.
