Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our organization's strategic human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges by maximizing the effectiveness of our human resources function through innovative systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to plan, design, configure, and test key functionality as part of our Workday deployment.
  • Participate in on-site and off-site workshops, aligning closely with project managers and HR process owners to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and associated business requirements.
Post-Project Operational Role:
  • Develop and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that will improve our function's alignment to business objectives and ability to drive business results.
  • Review and troubleshoot integration, triage, and solve issues.
  • Provide application support and tweak written code.
  • Own or participate in key activities: Release Management, Regression Testing, Tenant Management, Data Upload, Major Outage/Communication/Updates, and Incident Management.
  • Manage Application Life Cycle services with WD.
  • Mentor team members and processes.
  • Evaluate system designs to ensure they adhere to solution architecture design and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements.
  • Ensure user experience is considered in all aspects.

  • Seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive plans that drive business excellence through effective organizational design, talent development, and process improvement.
