Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

The role is responsible for driving the HR function, providing strategic business partnership to site leadership and spearheading HR initiatives. The successful candidate will lead key projects, manage teams and implement effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partner – Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives. Work closely with site leaders to understand business needs and provide targeted solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding – Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring and integration of new employees. Identify training needs and develop effective onboarding programs.
  • HR Operations and Planning – Manage HR operations, including budgeting, headcount planning and manpower utilization. Review and monitor actual spend against approved budgets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management – Lead performance management and annual compensation reviews. Train line managers on goal setting and performance feedback, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Talent Management – Develop and execute talent management plans, including succession planning and development/retention strategies. Identify talent priorities and drive programs to address skill gaps.
  • Learning & Development – Promote a culture of learning and high performance. Identify training needs, prepare training calendars and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Statutory Obligations - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain records and represent the organization in various HR-related associations.
  • Labour Management - Foster harmonious industrial relations and maintain productive work environments. Monitor productivity and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing – Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and wellbeing. Lead holistic wellbeing initiatives and resolve employee grievances efficiently.
  • Guiding and Coaching HR Team Members
  • Special Projects - Support special HR-related projects to meet specific business needs.
