We are seeking a strategic HR leader to spearhead our Human Resources division. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, crafting organizational policies, and setting performance objectives for the HR team. This role requires expertise in HR technology, including payroll systems and applicant tracking software. Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure that our organization attracts, retains, and develops high-caliber employees.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive HR strategies and goals
  • Design and implement policies that foster a positive work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the recruitment process
  • Host engaging in-house recruitment events
  • Negotiate employee career development paths with managers
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review and manage departmental budgets
  • Organize training and development programs
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee grievances
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to promote healthy employee relations
