Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We seek a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our global HR team as Senior HR Strategist for the Indian Subcontinent.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing HR as a strategic business partner, ensuring full support for multiple business units and stakeholders in India. This involves closely collaborating with Regional HR, COEs, Business HRBPs on the roll-out of global Talent Initiatives to India.
As Senior HR Strategist, you will lead the local HR team to provide strategic support and guidance to site HRBPs within the geographic scope, ensuring the effective execution of global HR strategy, best practice, and divisional people strategies.
Requirements- Master's degree in human resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, Shared service centre industry, of which at least 5 years should be in a leadership capacity.
- Relevant certifications in HR or related fields are advantageous.
