Job Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level HR and Admin Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR and administrative tasks to support a seamless operational environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of sourcing and hiring strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in office administration to manage office resources efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Thorough knowledge of onboarding processes to smoothly integrate new hires into the organization.
- Solid understanding of employee relations to effectively manage workplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with labor law compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.
- Experience in organizational development initiatives to enhance staff productivity and satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Manage payroll systems and maintain accurate records for accountability and transparency.
