Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level HR and Admin Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR and administrative tasks to support a seamless operational environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of sourcing and hiring strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in office administration to manage office resources efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Thorough knowledge of onboarding processes to smoothly integrate new hires into the organization.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations to effectively manage workplace dynamics.
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.
  • Experience in organizational development initiatives to enhance staff productivity and satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
