Its manufacturing division, Bariq Stone Factory, located near Chimakurthy, Andhra Pradesh, focuses on cutting, polishing, and finishing export-grade granite slabs.

Together, the group manages end-to-end operations — from raw block to global shipment — ensuring top quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

The company is expanding its operations and is looking for a dedicated Admin & HR Executive to manage HR, compliance, and administrative functions for both the factory and export office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and compliance under PF, ESI, and labor laws.
  • Coordinate factory and office HR functions — manpower planning, shift schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and issue letters, contracts, appraisals, and HR MIS reports.
  • Support statutory compliance, liaising with government departments and consultants.
  • Handle administration tasks — asset tracking, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and facility upkeep.
  • Support employee engagement activities, safety meetings, and communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional work environment.

Key Skills Required

  • Sound knowledge of HR & Factory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, Factory Act).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing or export sector is a big plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR software.
  • Ability to handle multi-location coordination between Hyderabad and Ongole/Chimakurthy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
  • Familiar with payroll processing, attendance systems, and statutory filing procedures.
