HR & Admin Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, maintaining personnel records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Assist in managing attendance records, leave applications, and payroll processing.
  • Support performance evaluation processes by maintaining documentation and tracking employee progress.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and teambuilding activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
