Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the

recruitment efforts and ensure smooth administrative operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


• End-to-end ownership of recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles,

including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding - through

different online portals and hiring agencies.


• Work closely with the management and hiring managers to understand

requirements.


• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.


• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer

rollouts.


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


• Contribute to company social media/LinkedIn job postings and hiring drives.

HR Operations & Administration:


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.


• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.


• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.


• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies.


• Plan and support employee engagement activities and team events.


• Collaborate with the marketing/design team to amplify recruitment campaigns.

General Admin Support:


• Oversee office administration, vendor management, travel bookings, and facility

management.


• Ensure a smooth day-to-day working environment for all team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.


• 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in a tech/startup environment.


• Proven track record in hiring software/technical roles.


• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of

ownership.
