Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions seeks a dynamic HR Recruiter with a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of exceptional candidates for positions within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the recruitment process and fostering a positive employer brand.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong candidate sourcing skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Behavioral interviewing skills (Mandatory skill) are required to assess candidate fit effectively.
  • Expertise in diversity recruitment (Mandatory skill) to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate talent databases.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with suitable passive candidates across networks.
  • Ability to manage and promote employer branding efforts to attract top talent who align with the company's values.
  • Data-driven recruitment approach to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously refine hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage candidate relationships and enhance the recruitment lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing industry positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Leverage various platforms and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates and build a qualified talent pool.
  • Ensure a streamlined and efficient hiring process by coordinating with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Regularly update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and status.
  • Promote the company's brand and value proposition to potential candidates during all recruitment activities.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
