Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across functions (IT, non-IT) for the company: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding.
  • Work with department heads to understand recruitment needs and define job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, internal database.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular MIS/ dashboards.
  • Manage candidate database, maintain accurate records in Excel as applicable.
  • Follow up with selected candidates, manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
  • Maintain good candidate experience and act as point-of-contact for candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work on status updates, feedback collection, process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline); HR or related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum ~2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) preferably in Hyderabad
  • Familiarity with job portals, social media recruiting, candidate sourcing methods.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple interviews, stakeholders and managing deadlines.
  • Basic data-analysis skills, comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-player attitude, proactive, able to take ownership of recruitment tasks end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of HRMS/ATS systems is a plus
