Job Title: HR Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers & 6+ months experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, support on-boarding processes, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in on-boarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and support HR initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate (mandatory).
  • Freshers as well as candidates with 6+ months experience are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Passion for HR and building relationships with candidates.
  • Female candidates residing in Hyderabad only.
  • Students or candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Freshers: Up to 18,000/month.
  • Experienced: Up to 25,000/month.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Sunday off, Fixed Day shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
