About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying potential candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).

Identify talent through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Develop job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.

Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.

Support HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities when required.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR databases or ATS tools.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.

Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for multiple departments (technical and non-technical roles).

Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
