Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Tasks include building sustainable talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining HR metrics and contributing to continuous improvement in hiring processes to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, and managing interviews
  • Proficiency in Human Resource tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with managers and engage candidates effectively
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the gold industry or exposure to related sectors is a plus
