We are looking for an honest, hardworking and energetic HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

·      Understand hiring requirements and partner with department heads to fulfill talent needs.

·      Source candidates using linkedin, naurkri, monster and other job portals

·      Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial discussions.

·      Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

·      Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.

·      Work on both technical and non-technical hiring as per business requirements.

·      Experience in additional HR functions will be an advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·      2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT / Cybersecurity / Tech domains).

·      Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines.

·      Immediate joiners preferred.
