About the Role:
This senior role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, driving the sales process from plan to close, and fostering long-lasting customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales team's potential, recruiting and training top talent, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong business sense and industry expertise. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. A degree in business administration or a related field, combined with previous experience as a sales representative or manager, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships through effective partnership and communication
- Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent to maximize team performance
- Drive the sales process from plan to close, ensuring consistent meeting or exceeding of sales targets
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team, providing realistic forecasts and actionable insights
