Brief about Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by executing sales through different channel partners.
You will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to surpass revenue goals.
Your role is pivotal in directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.
**Key Highlights:**
- Drive revenue growth through direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer and Distributor networks.
- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Motivate and empower a sales team to excel.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is required.
Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role is necessary.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions is crucial.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
